Special Education

Under federal and state law, the Portland Public Schools ensures that all children with disabilities are identified, located and evaluated. The Special Education team at Cleveland consists of teachers, psychologists, a speech pathologist, occupational therapists, physical therapists, educational assistants, an adaptive physical education specialist, and instructional specialists serving our qualified students.
